● Titanium-Plated HSS Blades
Titanium-plated high speed steel blades last 3–5 times longer than uncoated HSS on abrasive PVC and rubber jackets. Uni-V and Uni-flat configurations cover standard PVC and rubber-insulated core wires; radius and teeth blade options are available for special materials.
● Belt-Driven Feeding — No Jacket Marks
The belt-type feed distributes clamping force evenly across the cable diameter, preventing the surface compression marks that roller-wheel systems leave on soft PVC and TPE jackets. Roller height and pressure are set digitally on the 10-inch touchscreen without mechanical tools.
● MES / IoT Integration and 7-Language Interface
Production data streams to MES and IoT platforms via RS232 and optional ICS module for OEE reporting and per-piece traceability. The 10-inch touchscreen runs natively in Chinese, English, Russian, Italian, Spanish, German, and French — no firmware modification required for international production sites.

Sheathed cables (1.5–16mm², 3–10 cores) for power and signal feeds are processed in a single pass — replacing separate outer jacket and per-core stripping workstations. The 0.002×L cutting tolerance meets the dimensional requirements of terminal block and connector assembly.
● EV charging infrastructure & BMS
Multi-core CAN bus and charging protocol cables require precise jacket stripping to close tolerances at assembly line takt times. The 16-axis servo positioning delivers consistent strip depth across the full conductor cross-section range without retooling.
● Automotive wire harness
Body control and sensor sub-harnesses incorporating sheathed multi-core cables are processed with both jacket and core wire stripping completed in one cycle. Up to 10 inner conductors are handled simultaneously without a separate per-core stripping pass.

KNX, Modbus, and BACnet bus cables (0.5–2.5mm², multi-core) use the 100–1,000 program slots to store settings for the cable variety typical of large building projects. No per-job reprogramming is required when switching between cable specifications.

Multi-core signalling cables require consistent jacket stripping without damage to individual screen layers. The belt-driven, digitally adjusted feed system maintains this requirement across the full diameter range without operator adjustment between cable types.
