● Integrated Wire Cutting, Stripping, Tinning & Soldering
The EW-6235 combines automatic wire cutting, stripping, fluxing, tinning and soldering in one production process. This integrated configuration reduces the need for separate manual operations and simplifies wire harness processing.
● Precise Servo-Driven Positioning
The machine uses a microcontroller + PLC control system with servo transmission and ball-screw/closed-loop belt mechanisms. X/Y/Z repeat positioning accuracy reaches ±0.02mm, with 0.01mm resolution for precise positioning during wire processing and soldering.
● Flexible Wire Processing Range
The machine processes wires with an outer diameter of 0.2–3.5mm and supports a total wire cutting length of 20–300mm. Stripping length can be set from 1–5mm, with an optional 5–12mm stripping range and twisting function, while the tinning length is 1–12mm.
● Multi-Wire Feeding & Multi-Station Configuration
The EW-6235 supports 2–6 processing channels, depending on wire colors and production requirements. The Multi-Wire Payoff Rack provides organized multi-wire feeding, while the Four-Station Tape Unwinding Module and Four-Station Floating Pressing Module support synchronized multi-station processing.
● Programmable Processing & Adjustable Soldering Parameters
Up to 960 processing programs can be stored for different wire harness configurations. Soldering parameters such as temperature, heating time and tin-shaking settings can be adjusted according to the product requirements, helping maintain consistent solder joint quality.
