The machine measures the cable outer diameter and calculates the correct blade depth automatically, replacing the manual pulse-count adjustment that takes 5–15 minutes per wire type on conventional strippers. All parameters are stored in programmable memory for instant recall on job changeover.
● 13-Step Mid-Strip with STEP Function and Auto Length Correction
Up to 13 mid-strip (window strip) steps are programmable per cycle — for branch connections, resistance test points, and shield fold-back on power wiring. The STEP function displays each machine action sequentially for setup verification. Automatic length correction compensates for wire slip across long production runs.

Industrial control panel and switchgear wiring
AWG10–AWG8 main circuit conductors in motor control centres and power distribution boards fall directly in the EW-3035 range. The 13-step mid-strip covers branch connection formats where intermediate insulation removal is required at terminal block positions.
Motor lead and drive cable processing
Servo drive power feeds and motor connection cables at AWG12–AWG8 require the 250mm strip head length for conduit entry points and motor terminal box connections where the jacket must be removed over 100–200mm before conductors reach their terminals.
Automotive main circuit and power harness
Battery cables, fuse box feeds, and starter motor cables at AWG10–AWG8 in automotive harnesses. At 2,000–5,000 pcs/h, the EW-3035 processes main circuit wire on the same production floor as EW-3010 units handling fine-gauge signal wiring.
Building electrical and renewable energy
Solar PV string cables and EV charging station power feeds at 4–16mm² require consistent cut-to-length and end-strip preparation. The 99,999.9mm maximum cutting length covers both short component lengths and longer installation cable sections.
