● Servo Ball Screw Tool Holder
The stripping blade axis uses a servo motor with precision ball screw, delivering consistent positioning across all wire slots simultaneously. High-precision blade holders support special insulation types including Teflon and high-temperature wire down to AWG30.
● Pneumatic Swing-Arm Take-Up
A pneumatic rotating swing arm collects finished assemblies from all wire positions simultaneously and transfers them to the output zone without tangling. Wire-by-wire separation is maintained through individual grip and rotation before each release cycle.
● Servo-Driven Rear Tinning Translation
The rear translation mechanism positions all wire ends into the solder bath simultaneously via servo ball screw, maintaining consistent 14mm tinning depth across every wire position. Auxiliary clamping holds each wire stable during the dip to prevent positional drift between the first and last slots.
Application Range
● Consumer electronics multi-wire harness
PH, XH, EH, and DuPont series connectors in electronics use 4–8 pin configurations where all wires are the same AWG22–AWG26 gauge. The EW-9370 completes the full wire set per connector in one cycle.
● Home appliance internal wiring
Appliance motor and heating element harnesses use 5–8 wire groups in AWG18–AWG22 with DuPont or VH terminals on one end and tinned free ends for PCB or screw connection. Standard 14mm tinning depth covers both PCB soldering and screw terminal insertion.
● Industrial control equipment
PLC expansion cable assemblies and relay bank harnesses use multi-wire flat cable sets in AWG20–AWG28 requiring double-end crimping. The EW-9370 covers the signal and power wire gauges used across standard industrial control equipment wiring.
